Who sees what you write here?
Your counsellor sees it
The trained counsellor at your school, and the therapist you meet, so they can actually help you.
Your teachers do not
Class teachers, prefects and other students never see what you write here.
Your marks are untouched
Nothing you do here goes near your school record, your grades or your report card.
One exception, and we want you to know it upfront: if it looks like you are not safe, your counsellor is told so that someone can help you quickly.
